Welcome to Musehaus. We are committed to delivering professional, safe, and personalised aesthetic treatments in a warm and welcoming environment. To ensure clarity and a smooth experience for all clients, please review the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Our Services & Responsibilities

Musehaus offers non-surgical cosmetic and skin treatments, including:

Anti-wrinkle injections

Dermal fillers

Skin boosters

Polynucleotides

Fat Dissolve

Advanced Skin Treatments

All treatments are subject to a consultation and medical screening. 

We reserve the right to decline treatment if deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

All treatments will be carried out by a qualified individual.

All treatments will be carried out with appropriate equipment and PPE.

If the treatment cannot be carried out as planned we will endeavour to contact you at the soonest opportunity to reschedule your appointment.

2. Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable booking deposit of is required to secure all appointments.

Deposits are redeemable against your treatment on the day.

No appointments are secure until payment of the deposit is made.

Bookings can be made via our booking platform or direct message.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or changes.

If rescheduled outside of the 48 hour time frame the deposit will be transferable, this can be done a maximum of two times, after which a new deposit will be required.

Cancellations within 48 hours or missed appointments will result in loss of your deposit.

Repeated no-shows or late cancellations will require full payment upfront for future bookings or if necessary, refusal of further bookings.

If arriving more than 15 minutes late, your appointment slot may be lost, and your appointment will need to be rescheduled, it is down to our discretion as to whether a new deposit will be required.

4. Client Eligibility & Health

You must be 18 years or older to receive any aesthetic treatment. It is a criminal offence to perform an aesthetic treatment on anyone under the age of 18.

At all initial appointments, you must supply proof of age - drivers licence / passport - we reserve the right to decline treatment if you fail to provide this. 

All clients must complete a medical questionnaire prior to treatment.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate, up-to-date health information, including allergies, medications, and medical conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment where medical contraindications are present.

You must not attend your appointment if feeling unwell, please notify us at the soonest opportunity that you are unable to attend.

5. Treatment Results

Individual results will vary.

Whilst we strive to achieve your desired outcomes, no treatment guarantees can be made. Multiple sessions may be required to achieve the desired result and a follow-up appointment may be offered where clinically appropriate.

6. Aftercare & Responsibilities

Verbal and written aftercare advice will be provided following your treatment.

It is your responsibility to follow aftercare instructions to ensure optimal results and reduce the risk of side effects or complications.

Contact us immediately with any concerns post-treatment.

7. Liability

Musehaus is fully insured for all treatments provided.

We are not liable for complications arising from failure to disclose medical information or failure to follow aftercare.

Adverse reactions are rare but must be reported promptly for proper care and documentation.

8. Payments & Refunds

Full payment is due on the day of treatment.

Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with results where treatment was performed correctly and with informed consent.

In the unlikely event of a complication, we will offer appropriate corrective support.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal and medical information is confidential and stored securely.

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Your data will never be shared without your consent, except where required by law.

You have the right to access your own records at any time and request them to be updated or amended as appropriate.

10. Complaints Procedure

We strive to maintain high standards of care and professionalism.

If you have concerns about your treatment or experience, please contact us directly within 7 days.

We will handle your feedback sensitively and professionally.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the outcome of the treatment please contact us and if deemed necessary we will seek to remedy the issue as soon as possible.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales. By booking and attending an appointment at Elavée Clinic, you agree to abide by these terms.
